A house for evenings that matter.
We create events people remember long after the lights go down.
Why Eclipse began
Hashem Sharbatly founded Eclipse Events in Jeddah on a simple belief: the people at the centre of an occasion should be free to enjoy it. Everything else is our work.
We bring design and production under one roof, so the idea drawn at the start is the evening that unfolds on the night.
Vision and mission
Vision
To be the name Saudi Arabia trusts for the moments that matter.
Mission
To plan and produce every event with precision, creativity and care, from the first idea to the final applause.
What we hold to
Precision
Every timing and every placement, checked twice.
Discretion
What happens at a private evening stays there.
Craft
We work with makers and suppliers who care about the finish.
Calm
A composed team on the night lets everyone else relax.
“Every great event comes down to one moment, the one your guests talk about long after the lights go down. At Eclipse, we exist to create those moments, whether it is a corporate event, a family celebration or a packed tournament court.”
Tell us about your evening.
Share a date, a guest count and an idea. We reply within one working day.
