Privacy notice
How this site handles your details. Last updated 15 October 2026.
What this site collects
This site does not collect or store the details you type into the enquiry form. The form composes a message on your own device and opens WhatsApp or your email app. Nothing reaches us until you press send there.
How we use your enquiry
We use the details you send only to reply to you and to plan your event. We do not sell them, and we share them only with the suppliers your event needs, with your agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to reply to you and plan your event, and then delete them, unless you become a client and the law requires us to keep records for longer.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to Eclipse.Events.sa@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
